VELOCITY, ENGINEERED

Ship software at the speed of intent.

SwiftCore Labs is a software engineering and AI consulting studio. We help product teams design, build and ship faster — using an AI-accelerated workflow that compresses months of delivery into weeks.

Three ways we plug into your team.

Whether you need a staff-grade engineering pod, a defensible AI strategy, or a sprint to ship a working prototype — we meet you where you are.

01 / SERVICE

Software Development

End-to-end product engineering — from an idea on a napkin to a scaled, observable system in production. Staff-grade, full-stack pods that integrate as one of yours.

  • Web & mobile applications
  • API and platform engineering
  • Cloud infrastructure & DevOps
  • Legacy modernization
  • QA, security & observability
02 / SERVICE

AI Consulting

From "should we use AI here?" to a measurable, in-production capability. We help leadership teams pick the right bets and operationalize them without the hype.

  • AI strategy & opportunity mapping
  • LLM & agent architecture review
  • RAG, evals & safety guardrails
  • Data readiness assessments
  • Internal AI enablement & training
03 / SERVICE

AI-Accelerated Delivery

Our signature workflow. We pair staff-grade operators with custom AI tooling, evals and harnesses to compress design, build and review cycles by 3–4x without sacrificing quality.

  • Spec → working prototype in 2 weeks
  • AI-augmented code review & testing
  • Custom internal copilots & agents
  • Automated migration & refactor pipelines
  • Continuous evaluation harnesses

A workflow built around the loop, not the deliverable.

AI doesn't replace engineers — it tightens the feedback loop. Every SwiftCore Labs engagement runs on the same five beats, with AI applied at the points where it actually moves the needle.

DISCOVER

Frame the problem, not the feature.

Stakeholder interviews, system audits and a sharp written brief. We won't write a line of code until we agree on what "done" means.

PROTOTYPE

Working software in two weeks.

An end-to-end thin slice — real data, real interactions — built on our AI-accelerated stack so you can hold the answer in your hands before committing to the full build.

BUILD

Staff-grade pods, weekly cadence.

Small squads of staff-grade operators integrate with yours. Demos every Friday. Production-grade from day one — types, tests, telemetry, the whole picture.

EVALUATE

Measure what shipping changed.

For AI features, we ship the eval harness alongside the model. For everything else, we instrument and review against the success metrics we agreed on at step 01.

HANDOFF

Your team owns it.

Documentation, runbooks, paired sessions. We're not building a moat around our work — we're handing your team a system they can run and extend without us.

Domains where we've gone deep.

We're generalists about software but specialists about the lives software runs. Each domain below represents at least four shipped engagements.

01

FinTech

Payments, ledgers, KYC pipelines and trading interfaces with real compliance teeth — including Web3, on-chain protocols and blockchain integrations.

02

Media & Entertainment

Content pipelines, streaming infrastructure and AI-driven post-production tooling.

03

SaaS B2B Platforms

Multi-tenant platforms, internal tooling and developer-grade APIs that other engineers will use.

Modern, opinionated, boring where it counts.

We have favorites, but the right tool depends on the problem. Here's what we reach for most.

A high-signal collective of builders who like hard problems.

SwiftCore Labs was forged in 2018 by a band of obsessive technologists — engineers, researchers and product people who'd spent careers shipping the systems other companies pretend to.

We sit between two extremes: the agency that ships beautiful slides, and the dev shop that ships code without asking why. Every engagement is led by a staff-grade operator who has actually shipped the thing they're now helping you ship. We use AI where it earns its keep — speeding up review, generation, and evaluation — and we get out of the way where it doesn't.

We work in tight squads, write things down, demo every week, and hand off cleanly. We say no to projects we don't think we can do well. We treat your codebase like ours.

// PRINCIPLE_01
Speed is a feature.
// PRINCIPLE_02
AI as a tool, not a pitch.
// PRINCIPLE_03
Demos over decks.
// PRINCIPLE_04
Leave it better than we found it.

// our shape

~22 people across engineering, design, AI research and product.

3 timezones, async-first, with synchronous ceremonies where they earn it.

100% staff-grade on every client-facing role. No bait-and-switch staffing.

// what we don't do

We don't do staff augmentation by the seat. We don't do "AI strategy" decks without a working prototype. We don't take on projects we don't believe will ship.

We'd rather pass on work we can't do well than dilute the team's bar.

// engagement models

Discovery sprint — 2 weeks, fixed fee, working prototype.

Build pod — embedded staff-grade squad, monthly retainer.

Advisory — fractional CTO & AI advisory for leadership teams.

Things people ask before signing.

It means our engineers work alongside a stack of internal copilots, evals and review agents that speed up the slow parts of delivery — boilerplate, test scaffolding, migrations, code review, documentation. It does not mean we ask an LLM to design your system or pretend a prototype is production. The judgement is human; the leverage is AI.
Yes — most engagements do. Two weeks, fixed fee, you walk out with a working prototype, a written technical plan and a clear go/no-go on whether to build the full thing with us or someone else.
Often. A meaningful share of our consulting engagements end with a recommendation to solve the problem with conventional software, or to delay the AI work until the data is ready. We'd rather tell you that in week one than discover it in month six.
Staff-grade operators and AI practitioners with at least eight years of shipping experience. The same people who pitch you are the people who write the code. We don't hand off to junior teams after the contract is signed.
All work-product is yours. We sign mutual NDAs upfront, work in your repos and cloud accounts where possible, and run a SOC2-aligned operating model. For AI work, we're explicit about which providers see what data and offer fully on-prem / open-weight setups when required.
Discovery sprints start at a fixed fee in the low five figures. Build pods are priced monthly based on team size and seniority mix. Advisory is a flat retainer. We share a written estimate before any work begins, and we don't bill against scope creep we didn't flag in advance.
